Participants will understand the three focus areas and three roles involved in the Discrimination Model of supervision.
Participants will understand the five steps of creativity as described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and their application to the Discrimination model of supervision.
Participants will engage in an experiential activity involving group discussion of creative exploration of counselor development, assessment, and evaluation.
